Tracing Light
As its title suggests, this work explores the relationship between light and glass. Transforming in appearance as the light changes throughout the day, Tracing Light brings a greater sense of depth and openness to the tranquil restaurant space.
Mica Okuno
Okuno graduated from Tama Art University in 1987. After working as a designer, she studied in the Netherlands from 1991 to 1994. Since returning to Japan, she has created works primarily for solo exhibitions and public art installations. Since 2017, she has operated the atelier DEN+, an open creative space in Ebisu, Tokyo, while continuing to present solo exhibitions throughout Japan. In 2007, she received the Jury Prize at the International Glass Exhibition Kanazawa 2007.
